Welcome to our hompage! We would be very happy to see you in our familiar guesthouse in Lermoos soon!

Our Bartlhof is a small and lovely guesthouse. We love and respect the animals and the nature. 

The hostess, Mrs. Dagmar Hofherr takes care of the details in house, yard and garden.  

The host, Bartl Hofherr was a farmer by conviction and passion. Unfortunately, caused by the age, the large-scale agriculture with horses and cows has become too much for us. However, we are still happy to take care of our little animals as cats, rabbit and some ducks and to give them a lovely home! 

Enjoy our family atmosphere and our service at 1000 meters above sea level!

To do everything possible for making our guests feel relaxed! Our goal is, to get people recharged of their batteries, leaving their everyday's life at home and enjoying every moment!
